Hi, I am Sowm Bhardwaj, the founder and principal at Shavano ETA.
I’ve spent a decade and a half helping organizations of all sizes — from startups to Fortune 500 — transform, optimize, and scale. Along the way, my curiosity and love for learning have driven me to explore several side projects, like building a networking app, a behavioral science based data analytics practice to predict and prevent employee turnover, industry-specific mentorship app, mentoring local startups to scale and succeed, and more.
With an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, I bring a unique blend of analytical problem-solving and practical business know-how. My strengths lie in building strong teams, improving operational efficiency, and turning ideas into measurable outcomes.
Now, I’m ready to take the next step: acquiring and growing a small-to-medium-sized business and unlocking its full potential. My goal is to do this in the most people-centric way possible — honoring the business’ core values and nurturing its trusted employees and partners, while driving sustainable growth to create long-term value for all stakeholders.
